Breakfast is a special time dedicated to the care of our guests. We provide a personalized breakfast service, allowing you to choose from a wide variety of typical sweet and savory treats, paired with both hot and cold beverages. Upon request, you can enjoy local cured meats, cheeses, and "u pani cunzatu," immersing yourself in the culinary traditions of our region. Breakfast is served in a cozy dining area, on the terrace, or in your room (for an additional fee), from 8:00 to 9:30, unless there are specific needs. We also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options. Our aim is to cater to all tastes, whether you prefer sweet or savory dishes. We use high-quality, primarily local ingredients, so the menu may change depending on the season. Typically, breakfast includes: Fruit juices, coffee, cappuccino, tea, and herbal infusions… Almond and cinnamon gelato, bianco mangiare, local ladyfingers and biscuits, croissants, fruit salad, fresh fruit, local almonds, and irresistible Sicilian ricotta cannoli flavored with citrus… Bread made from ancient grains with natural yeast, sausages, salami, provolone, caciocavallo cheese, olives, and tomatoes… all enhanced with homemade olive oil and our fragrant oregano!
